Thank you for choosing PokeHaven.shop. This Pre-Order Policy explains the terms that apply when purchasing products that have not yet been released or are not currently in stock.
By placing a pre-order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
What Is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows you to reserve an upcoming product before it becomes available for shipment.
Estimated release dates are provided by manufacturers or distributors and are subject to change without notice.
Payment
Payment is collected at the time you place your pre-order unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Your order will be processed once payment has been successfully authorized.
Shipping
Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they are received and processed at our fulfillment facility.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order may be held until all items are available for shipment unless separate shipping options are offered during checkout.
Additional shipping charges may apply if you request multiple shipments.
Release Date Changes
Manufacturers and distributors occasionally delay product releases.
If a release date changes, we will ship your order as soon as the product becomes available.
PokeHaven.shop is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, distributors, shipping carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Product Allocation
Although we work closely with our suppliers to fulfill every pre-order, product allocations may occasionally be reduced by the manufacturer or distributor.
If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order due to limited allocation or product unavailability, you will be notified promptly and receive a full refund for the affected item.
Order Cancellations
Pre-orders may be canceled before the order has been processed for shipment.
If a pre-order has already entered processing or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
If you wish to cancel your pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Pricing
The price displayed at the time your pre-order is placed is the price you will pay.
If the selling price changes before release, your confirmed pre-order price will not be adjusted unless required to correct an obvious pricing error.
Returns
Once delivered, pre-order products are subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy.
Please note that opened Pokémon Trading Card Game booster packs, products with broken factory seals, digital products, gift cards, and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Order Updates
If there are significant changes to your pre-order, including release delays or fulfillment issues, we will notify you using the email address provided during checkout.
Please ensure your contact information is accurate and up to date.
