  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 3–6 business days

  • Canada: 7–14 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method selected, and the weight of your order.

Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, your shipment may be delayed or returned to us. Any additional shipping costs required to resend the package will be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us process your claim quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

  • A brief description of the damage

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
